Operatives (UGO)
Do not get Undercover Government Operatives (UGO) confused
with Government Whistleblowers (GW), each are on different sides of the ball
and battle against each other every day. UGO’s and GW's work for the government
or they are contractors. Government Whistleblowers (GW) are usually hunted down
by Undercover Government Operatives (UGO). Both UGO’s and GW’s are not to be
confused with Traitors and Deserters
UGO’s are loyal to the party in power and GW’s are loyal to
the Constitution and the people they serve.
There has been a battle between UGO’s and GW’s every since the first
type of government was setup here in the United States. This battle is usually
a silent battle and rarely comes into the light of the public. If a GW is able
to escape the surveillance of the UGO and make it to the media with their story,
of government misconduct, then the story comes into the public eye. When the
story is exposed it usually causes problems for the administration in power and
sometimes it causes resignations.
Every Government agency and Presidential administration has
UGO’s “Out There” in society and inside of all government agencies. The easiest
and most simple way to explain why administrations use UGO’s is for “Control”.
Control of society and control of all government agencies. If this control is
lost or starts to erode then problems begin to arise for the government via the
people.
UGO’s receive direction and report back to the UGO handlers
in Washington DC and the White House Administration. Anytime there is a “leak’
from a GW a massive “mole hunt” occurs in the agencies throughout the
government and “traps” are set for GW’s to fall into and become exposed.
In the interest of the government White House administrations
cannot have GW’s coming forward and exposing “problems” that put the administration
in power in a bad light. In the interest of the people and the constitution it
is important for GW’s to leak certain information and keep government in line
and honest as possible. The question is “What lengths would an administration
go to in order to stop information on said “problems” from coming out?”
Below is information on different types of UGO’s:
White House Administration
UGO: Direction
comes from the top, but once instruction is given the ways and means usually
comes from the individual government agency leaders. The president may not
always know what his administration officials are doing when it concerns UGO’s,
but he is ultimately responsible for their actions in the end.
A. Media Affairs and Media Outlet’s.
B. Cabinet members.
C. Counsel and Lawyers.
D. National Security Advisors.
E. Congressional aides and Senatorial
aides.
F. Interns.
Political UGO: A well trained undercover political
UGO can cause major damage to an opposing political party and/or their
candidate. This type of UGO works at every level of elections in the government
from local elections, county elections, state and federal elections. Once a
political UGO gets to the right position, with the other political party, they can
control and manipulate who wins that particular election.
Imagine the possibilities if certain elected officials can be
placed into powerful positions and then those officials are controlled by “the
dirt” that the UGO’s uncovered and documented against them. If UGO’s have
infiltrated both parties in the same election and the parties candidates are
running against each other then it does not matter who wins because the UGO’s
have “dirt” on both candidates. A Republican, Democrat, Liberal and etc. can be
controlled and persuaded to vote the way that their “controller” wants them to
at that point.
This can be
accomplished without voter fraud, though it is highly immoral and illegal if
the UGO gets caught, key word is gets caught.
Why would a UGO Infiltrate an opposing political party? :
1. Information and intelligence.
2. Strategy and scheduling.
3. Creating chaos, disruption, inner
conflicts in the campaign, paranoia and etc.
4. Embarrassing situations and
manufactured scandals that would end a campaign.
5. To control campaigns, elections, wins
and defeats, how an elected official votes and etc.
6. Imagine a state governor being
elected as a democrat and then after being elected they change their party
affiliation to republican, this could be very damaging to the state democratic
party and the voter base. This was an example and keep in mind that elected
official betrayal happens to all political parties.
Government Agency
UGO: UGO’s are
throughout each of the governments agencies and the leaders do not always have
to be given written direction when accomplishing certain task and projects for
the administration in power. Just the fact that each leader was placed in that
position by the administration and approved by congress is enough for those
leaders to act in a like minded way with the White House and administration
officials.
UGO’s are a must for every administration if they want to
maintain control and keep any GW’s from leaking information. If the wrong
information about any agency gets out to the public it can have rippling and
devastating effects for those involved and ultimately the administration in
power. Information, trust and public perception has to be controlled or it is a
power loss for the administration in power and the political party that
supports them.
Power is the “prize” and power cannot be attained without
control, control of the people and every aspect of state and federal
government.

Every
agency in the government has UGO’s working silently and unknown while working
next to their co-workers.
Every federal employee must or appear to “tow the company
line” or the work environment can be unfriendly for those opposing the
administration in power. To keep their job and the retirement package that they
have earned federal employees must follow the crowd and not cause any waves in
their agency. It is a huge risk for employees to become WB’s and expose
something that they know is not in line with the constitution and/or basic
principles and laws.
Local and State
Government UGO:
On behalf of the Federal Government
A.
In
as many departments and agencies as possible for control over the states and
matters that each agency and departments are involved in. This could be new
laws, taxes, construction, environmental actions, education, voting laws, major
decisions and etc.
Justice Department
and Law Enforcement UGO: Below are some of the reasons that A UGO or Civilian
Operative would operate on behalf of the Justice department.
A.
Inside
the Justice Department to make sure that the “company line” is being towed and
make sure that no one steps outside the box of how the administration wants to
operate.
B.
In
law enforcement a well trained UGO or Civilian Operative can create a
“situational crime” and draw any target into that “crime or plot” while the UGO
or Civilian Operative is clean and clear from any association with the said
crime or plot. These type of operatives can also be called “Head Hunters.”
C.
Operatives
that are constantly trying to make contact with possible domestic and/or
foreign terrorist’s cells. Usually the plot is stopped before it happens and
suspects are arrested and convicted on conspiracy charges.
D.
Undercover
Civilian Operatives that take on many different assignments, assignments
overlap during certain periods and situations. Civilian Operatives are not
weighed down by government red tape.
Military UGO: To make sure the troops are not
questioning the command. Due to the very sensitive nature from this type of
infiltration I will not give specific findings from our reports.
A. All government military entities.
State Education and
Public School UGO:
These sectors have been infiltrated for many years now and the signs of their
work have been apparent in a generation of children, youth and young adults. If
the government can control the young minds of any civilization, without the
young knowing, then the government truly controls the future thoughts and
actions of the generations of young minds that they have influenced.
The damage that this type of control causes to a young mind
is irreversible after a certain point. Free thought, self reliance and individual
liberties will never be achieved once a young mind has reached the “point of no
return.”
Private Industry UGO: The government has to stay on top of
these public industries so that they can react and control any technology and
products being supplied to the citizens. Control and tax revenue is the name of
the game.

phone providers and internet providers.

Microsoft and other major electronic product supplier.

movies, television, games, sports and etc.

Consumer
products suppliers: Food, water and basic needs.
Control over everything that consumers purchase and want to
purchase.
Please note: Some Undercover Government Operatives (UGO) can be leftovers from the last administration and are still operating under the last administrations principles, policies and beliefs and could cause major damage to an incoming administration that has different views from the administration that brought them in and activated them.
Once again we must remember that every government, by nature wants, to attain “Ultimate Power” over the people that reside within their boundaries. To attain power the government must have control over the people and everything stated above are different ways that the government controls the people.

The people must obey the constitution and resist the
government and keep them from attaining “Ultimate Power”. Even though the
government seems too large and powerful for the people to control we must not
forget that “We the People” have control through our votes and we must educate
ourselves as voters and not let our individual precious vote be used and
manipulated by any political party and/or administration.
Always remember that the Government is not the Constitution,
but in fact the Constitution warns the people about the inherent dangers of the
Government…
