David Gletty: Management Experience


Per Florida State Statutes chapter 493 section VIII: David Gletty is qualified for a class “M” manager license which is good for both Investigative agencies and Security agencies.

Per Florida State Statutes chapter 493.6301 section 3 pt.a: Any individual that performs the services of a manager for a class “B” security agency or a class “BB” branch office shall have a class “MB” license. A class “M” licensee, or a class “D” licensee who has been licensed for at least 2 years, may be designated as the manager, in which case the class “MB” license is not required.

Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Until 2008:

While David Gletty was working undercover for the FBI as a licensed civilian investigator and licensed security officer he was in charge of other investigators, security officers and informants. Please note that investigators and security officers were armed at all times during assignment, concealed of course.

Duties that David Gletty had to perform while in charge of others included:

* Assigning each member to a particular target concerning the assignment.
* The make-up of each investigator/security officer team and who was the security for each investigator(each investigator was assigned an armed security officer that worked undercover as both investigator and security officer)
* Which technique was to be used while collecting and securing evidence.
* Total control over each assignment and each investigator/security officers/informants.
* Debriefing from investigators/security officers/informants and then David Gletty would debrief to FBI management, writing final report and conclusion.

Note: The different assignments that David Gletty had to accomplish as an investigator/security officer included Domestic Terrorism, National Security, Illegal Narcotics, Illegal Weapons, Extremist Groups and Gangs, Anti-Government Militias, Counterfeit currency and products, Corporate Espionage, Extortion of Corporations and Murder.

Sandy Love Investigations and McCloud Investigations and DGI 2006-2013:

During the time that David Gletty has worked and currently works for other Investigative agencies many of his assignments were infiltrating security agencies so that each security post and each employee could be evaluated and a final report and assessment would submitted to the client concerning what the good points are and what the bad points are for each security post and employee and how to resolve the issues that arise concerning the health of the security contract for each post.

While David Gletty was acting as an undercover investigator and armed security officer infiltrating security agencies he was also in charge of the other undercover investigators and security officers that were working on the undercover assignment with him.

* Sexual Conversations among the officers concerning the clients and/or the guest of said clients and some conversations concerned those younger than 18 years of age.
* Unprofessional and unfit security officers.
* Theft of property from client, guest and security agency.
 Distribution of Prescription drugs and illegal narcotics.
 Falsification of hours, reports and witness statements.
* Conspiring with criminal organizations and planning criminal activities based on the knowledge gained from working for any security or armored car agency.
* Sexual misconduct and unacceptable behavior.
* Theft of contracts and new clients from current employer.

 Special Civilian Operative Training:

During the years working for the FBI as a Civilian, David Gletty attended several different civilian training programs and continued education classes including.

* Civilian member of the Joint Terrorism Task Force.
 Defensive and protective driving courses.
* Weapons, self defense, wilderness survival and physical training.
* Civilian Operative Undercover training, acting and drama classes.
* Deception and behavior control training.
 Astronomy and orientation training.
* Assessment and planning of Domestic Terrorist acts on possible targets in the U.S so that the targets could be better protected and better understand how the minds of Terrorist Cells operate.

Please note that during the years David Gletty worked for the FBI he had to travel great distances across the USA and other countries via foot, vehicle, vessel, air transportation, bike, train, kayak/canoe, horseback and etc. During all of those travels Mr. Gletty has seen many different types of environments, elements, weather and situations.
